We sit with your team and write down, step by step, the work that is still done manually. The copying, calculating, and sending move into the system. Decisions stay with your staff.

We connect old applications with new ones, or your applications with third-party services. Every API we build comes with documentation, so the next integration can start from the same base.

We set up an AI assistant (using OpenAI or Anthropic) on the channel your customers already use, usually WhatsApp. Its answers come from the SOPs, catalogs, or data you give us. Questions it can't answer go to your staff.

An AI agent fits work that goes beyond questions and answers. For example, it reads an incoming request, looks up the supporting data, and fills in a form in your system. Before any important step it stops and asks your staff to approve. Every step is logged, so you can review it later.

For example a nightly data pull, a multi-level approval flow, or sending files to another party once they are approved. Routine server work, such as backups and installing new versions of an application, can be automated too.

If the automation needs a screen, we build it: a dashboard, an admin panel, or a full web application. We test all of it on phone screens as well.

We set up servers on Google Cloud, AWS, or Alibaba Cloud, then set up how updates get released so it doesn't depend on one person who remembers the steps.

We check for common security holes, set up data protection, and add monitoring. If the system slows down or throws errors, your team gets an alert.
